The Story
This is the first sample in my collection. A beautiful Ethiopian coffee from Friedhats, sourced from the renowned Yirgacheffe region. The Konga cooperative works with smallholder farmers who hand-pick their cherries at elevations around 1900 meters.
The washed processing of this coffee creates a clean, clear cup where the floral jasmine notes shine beautifully. As it cools, you'll discover hints of bergamot and a bright citrus finish.
Vacuum sealed on January 20, 2026, five days after roasting. Perfect for those who appreciate light, complex coffees with delicate aromatics.
