Ethiopia Guji Shakiso

A natural-processed Ethiopian from the Guji zone, an area that has emerged as one of the most exciting coffee origins in recent years. The Shakiso washing station collects cherries from surrounding smallholders and processes them on raised African beds.

The natural process creates an explosion of fruit flavors. This coffee bursts with ripe strawberry and tropical fruit notes, balanced by a subtle milk chocolate base that keeps it grounded.

Friedhats has roasted this just light enough to preserve the fruit bomb character while adding a touch of caramelization. Currently out of stock but worth the wait.
